Delivery and payment
Payment Terms
Payment is made exclusively in the national currency of Ukraine.
1. CASH PAYMENT
Cash payment is possible upon delivery by courier in Kyiv and at Nova Poshta branches.
As confirmation of payment, we issue a payment slip with a stamp.
2. CASHLESS PAYMENT
2.1 Payment by cashless payment is made according to the invoice, which is provided by the manager after placing the order and checking its availability. For legal entities, we provide a package of all necessary documents.
For individuals, the possibility of payment by transferring funds to a PrivatBank account is provided. Payment details are also provided by the manager after placing the order.
Please note!
- - In the payment destination, you must indicate the order number and the client's full name, otherwise the funds received will not be assigned to the order and will be returned to the recipient.
 - - After confirming the payment for the goods, the order is formed and sent the next day.
 - - You pay the carrier only the cost of delivering the goods.
 
2.2 The site offers the option of paying via Platon online acquiring. Attention! The banking system charges a minimum transaction fee of 1.7%. In the event of a refund, the amount of the payment service fee is not refunded.
Delivery Terms
1. KYIV AND SUBURBS
Depending on the location of the goods, delivery by courier to the address specified by the buyer can be carried out within two days from 10:00 to 22:00 from Monday to Friday:
- - the next day - when ordering goods before 10:00 and the goods are in stock in the online store
 - - the next day - in all other cases, if the goods are in stock in the online store
 
The courier will deliver the goods to the specified address. Free delivery in Kiev and the suburbs for orders over 1000 UAH.
2. REGIONS
Delivery is carried out by the Nova Poshta service.
Delivery cost - according to the prices of the delivery service to the region.
Free delivery to the regions of Ukraine is carried out when ordering for an amount of 1000 UAH or more.
Please note!
- - the goods and transport declaration number (TTN) is assigned to the parcel before it actually arrives at the Nova Poshta branch. If, after receiving the TTN, you enter its number on the website http://novaposhta.ua and see the result "The consignment note number was not found. Please check the correctness of the specified number", simply repeat the operation later.
 - - if the goods are in stock, the order is shipped the next day.
 - - when transferring goods from a retail store or a remote warehouse, the order is shipped within 5 business days
 
3. SELF-PICKUP
The customer has the opportunity to independently pick up the product from any Ibis store (provided that the product is available and the product has been reserved in advance).
